Friends, if you have not seen our social media posts: We had a devastating fire that destroyed our film lab and developing equipment. There were a handful of negatives that were damaged from the fire. We will be reaching out to those customers and giving a full refund and recovering those negatives. The affected film was not a total loss but we need some time to actually clean it and scan the film in. We are all safe and damage was limited but still devastating. This place was built with the community and small donations to offset costs for the community and will continue to do so. We do have a GoFundMe set up and our Venmo @norwichcamera. This is a huge ask and we are not asking you to donate. The best way to help is just to share and we hope we have earned your continued trust. We will be back and fully operational by the week of April 13th. Our shop remains open and was not affected by the fire.
