Lets face it, digitizing film, especially 35mm, is the bane of all analog photographers.  Its slow, cumbersome and often frustrating to get quality images.  

Here at Norwich Camera Company, we offer high speed, high resolution scans of 35mm film with our Pakon F235 scanner.  The Pakon is one of the sharpest scanners available for photo labs and produces beautiful colors for all films.

Film scans are available in 3 resolutions for black and white, color negative and unmounted slide film strips or full rolls.

Resolutions (long edge)

1500 PPI (base 4): Comfortably print 4x6" images at 300 DPI

2250 PPI (base 8): Comfortably print 5x7" images at 300 DPI

3000 PPI (base 16): Comfortably print 8x10" images at 300 DPI

Full frame scanning that includes the rebate/sprocket holes is available for UNCUT rolls only.  Full frame scanning will be completed by DSLR digitizing and will not have automatic dust and scratch removal.  All efforts will be made to physically clean the negatives before digitizing.
